01Data Collection

FyberPay collects data necessary to facilitate ISP billing and network management. This includes:

• Customer phone numbers for M-Pesa STK push requests.
• Network usage logs fetched from your MikroTik/Edge routers.
• Transaction history including amounts and timestamps.
• Technician GPS data during installation site surveys.

02How We Use Data

Data is used exclusively for service automation. We do not sell or share client information with third-party advertisers. Your network data remains your property, used only to trigger automated disconnections or bandwidth throttling based on payment status.

03Security Infrastructure

All communications between your routers and FyberPay are encrypted via SSL/TLS. API keys and M-Pesa Daraja credentials are stored in high-security hardware security modules (HSM) with zero-knowledge architecture.
