FyberPay provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for billing automation and network control. While we provide the tools for automated disconnections, the actual network connectivity is the sole responsibility of the ISP.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Failure to pay your FyberPay subscription may result in a temporary suspension of the billing gateway, though your clients' existing sessions will typically remain active until their next renewal cycle.
FyberPay is not liable for any revenue loss resulting from M-Pesa Daraja downtime, router hardware failure, or configuration errors by the ISP. We recommend maintaining a manual override backup for all network nodes.
